Okay, I have the Alphawerks header and the Megan Midpipe that I'm planning to install in a few weeks! I always heard about people having rasp problems. My question is for those that has the megan midpipe, which resonator should I replace the longer one or the shorter one that's almost to the end of the megan pipe, thanks!! Oh and is the Magnaflow resonator really the best one to use?Sorry for the dumb questions, I just don't want to sound ricey!!!

you can either replace both with medium to large resonators...16-22 inches
or you can get rid of both and put a xlarge resonator...30+ inches

Okay cool I appreciate the help! I have another question, now could I replace the bigger one with a 30 inch and the smaller one with high flow cat, or would that just pointless? If not pointless could I pass the smog test or would still be illegal!Again sorry for the dumb questions,I tried researching this specific question but no one ever asked!

I plan on doing exactly that. There was someone on here who had a horrible raspy exhaust involving the alphawerks header, and I forget what axle-back, and thats essentially what he did. He did a custom mid pipe with a high flow cat first, then a giant resonator. My plan is have an O2 Sonser Bung welded into the pipe after the high flow cat and get an extension for the second O2 sensor and move it back after that cat, so the computer won't throw a CEL once I get a cat-less header. But I have heard discussions about using 2 smaller resonators rather than 1 big one. LIke 2 18" or 14" rather than one 30", so anyone have any opinions/experiences with that?
