hey...i just noticed this today and this is the closest picture i could find of it... where i have a blue circle....am i the only one who doesnt have an allen bolt there? or is there not supposed to be one..because if you s/c owners look closely....it looks like there is a hole for the bolt...but no room to fit it?

What bolt are u talking about?? i only see a gold allen bolt there.

your looking at wrong place

No there isnt supposed to be a bolt there. The hole is for a different application of this supercharger.
