ok so i put my order in for my front lip a few weeks back and it kept having the payment pending, now its not showing as a debit or anything in my account. i keep trying to call the place but line is always busy and their form for customer service doesnt work.....anyone else every had this problem?

 

ya dont do it cancel your order!!!! they SUCK!!!!

 

Ugh, yeah. Took them like a month and a haf to send me my lip kit. their customer service is awful. I left them several messages, and they never returned my calls. You can TRY to IM them at: StreetStylerAIM but i doubt they'll even respond.

I would never buy from them again. Kit finally arrived...packing was awful. Lucky there was no damage.

yep, i cant get ahold of anyone to cancel my order,.....phone is always busy, dont respond to emails, and not signed on to aim.... how did you guys cancel?

 

well i sent them a couple of e mails telling them to cancel my order but they never answered me so i went to my bank and canceled my credit card....

dude, i had the same problem as you Goose, i ordered the RS1 CF lip kit last July, never receieved it, many emails (no replies), many phone calls (all busy) finally started sending cancel order emails (no replies once again) then finally just canceled my credit card and closed the account. Just order from somewhere else. this company is crap.

 

its always a wise idea to ask around BEFORE you order, i too had to cancel an order from them - TERRIBLE!

I read on some other car forums that its a mix and mix, some people got their stuff really quick others didn't get their stuff until 3 weeks later or months

ya i'd checked and everyone said them or racingsolution, ya i couldnt figure it out only reason i started messaging today was cuz my payment on my online banking went from pre-authorized to not even showing up so i didnt know if they cancelled it themselves) talk about one sh!tty company. i think i emailed them tonite canceling the order.

 

go figure tried to call all day off and on at work and still get a busy signal. i tried to call their "order" line and it rang once and hung up on me every time. ......anyone ever thought of turning them into the BBB (better business beurea....however you spell it)

 

i HATE streetstyler!!!! i ordered tein s-techs december 18th and expected to get them just after the new year and it never came so i emailed them and asked what was up with my order status and never got replys. I emailed them probably 8 times trying to get an answer then i finally ordered the lowering springs from k2 Motor and sent streetstyler an email saying to cancel my order. a couple days later they finally wrote me and said that they are sending the part. so i emailed them again and told them that i already cancelled my order and ordered from somewhere else i sent that same copy of email about 12 times so that maybe they would get it haha. I would never order from them again.......HORRIBLE HORRIBle place!!!!!!!!

holy ****!!!! i got a response back saying that my lip was shipped out already and will be here anyday. surprised that i got a response. now lets see what shape this is in when i get it...hopeflly good as i was hoping to get this on painted and complete before may 1st
