hey guys, i did try to use the search button but for some reason when i search, it never shows me results, idk why :(
well i have an eclipse avn6610 and am trying to install the eclipse bt-e600 bluetooth but its not quite working out for me because i have an amp for my speakers, and they told me that i need to catch the wire from the speakers that is before it hits the amp setup, but i have no idea where that wire is to each speaker before it hits, nor which colors are they, im totally lost and i cant find it :( i took the corner panel off on the passanger side on the bottom where the wires from the door hinge come out and plug into the peice thats attached at the bottom ...(where you put ur feet, on the right hand side) but i dont know which one of those wires is the positive and which is the negative :( there is a white, blue, greenish, pink, red, black, and a few other colors i beleive, but i have no idea as to where to connect the damn speaker wires to the plug thats from the eclipse bt-e600 bluetooth
can someone please help me :( thank you

who told u that to catch the wire from speakers?
i am reading the installing on crutchfield.com
http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/Manuals/099/099BTE500.PDF

ur BT set should come with a Smart Harness. all you need is plug and play in the back of avn 6610

good luck and keep us update.

thats what i though as well....but the smart harness has 2 plugs....one for the main power wire for the headunit which i plug into the mail of the smart harness and the female of the smart harness goes into the headunit so it acts as a splitter....as for the other plug....i dont have anything to plug into the male of the other plug which i assume are the speaker wires, because in the back of the headunit that plug isnt there and i have no idea which wires are which....so i plug the female of the speaker wire of the smart harness into the headuit, but the male is still empty with nothing in there, so therefor i need to connect the speakerwire + and - to the plug thats not occupied with anything...but no clue where to find it :(

from the look of the diagram, I assume the power wire plug is the 10 pin plug at the lower left side back for the HU.
The other plug (6 pin) should be near that location. right next to that 10 pin plug.

i know where the 6 pin wire plugs into to...there is just nothing that plugs into the other side of the 6 pin connector, the connector goes into the headunit but the other side of it is empty...so therefore i need to plug the wires from speakers into it

does the BT e600 work without the 6 pin plug?
It mention the speakers will NOT mute if you have external amp.

the speaker mutes perfectly fine with no problem, the music cuts off when placing a call or recieving a call....the mic works, the speaker for the bluetooth doesnt work, like i dont hear the other side of the phone line through my speakers
