Oh yes....that's right...I said SLOT KAR!
IN cooperation with Slotkar.com, PSTOC is proud to present the first annual slot car challenge! Prizes, food goodies and more PLUS the return of INITIAL D movies!
Winners in two categories will take home TOYOTA GT-ONE slot cars! Other winners will get detailing product, gift certificates for detail work and more!
When: March 22, 2008 Initial D starts at 4:00pm, slot car racing starts at 6:00pm After racing, movies and food continue till we cant go any more!

Its a blast, we did a little test run last saturday and I finally threw up a white flag and went home around 5:00am.
You really get into it quick and its an easy thing to learn. I hope to see at least a few scion folks out there. We dont see many Scions coming round PSTOC anymore and thats a shame, Scion is a huge part and a very active part of the toyota community.

Okay and to let everyone Know, You do NOT need to own a car.
To make it fair we will run 2 possibly 3 heats. One using Audi TT no Magnets, the second heat will be F1 Cars. Third heat will also be the F1 Cars. After that we will have fun runs or another tournament if there is enough interest with your own cars.

lol i would ask eric. he would know i think every boy at some point had a tyco race track set. i know i had a few of them. but trust me if you go you will have fun. the scale they use are more for grown ups as the tracks take up a lot of room and the cars are fast.

Damn, damn! I wish I could make this. I'm a huge 1:32-scale slot car enthusiast. I've got about 50 slot car. I used to race in a leauge a year and a half ago back in Wisconsin. I've been looking to get back into it since I moved out here.
I'd SOOOO drive up for this, but we already have plans.
If I can get out of them, I'll let you guys know.
