So far, this is how it's gonna work. Rim is Konig Glide 17x7 +35 offset. Dunlop FM901's sized 235/45. TRD shocks and springs set the car just right. I love teh squat look of the car now.

I love this picture because you can see big daddy hiding in the garage as the new kid is being shown off.

I've seen other xD owners going for 225/45, or something like that, instead of 235/45. Why'd you pick that size?

235/40. that was the tire that was already on the rim. I used these on my last car. I made sure to get a car that I could continue using these rims. this combo is about a half inch chorter than the stock rim and tire. but I like the squareness of the tire. Far cry from what I use on my xB with the rim outside the tire.

no rubbing at all. like i said, the tire size is prefect and I love how squared off it is. it works well. oh yeah, turn in is stellar when corner carving

How'd you manage to find those Konig Glides now that they're not made anymore? Those are the kind I'd love to slap on my xD, fat spokes and only 5 of them too :)

Heh, 8) I've had these for like 5 years, when they first came out. I remember came either gold or black. they were a JDM wheels too. saw them in chrome once in an Option mag

jim here's an easier question. can i run "super low disk" on the rear?
JDMJim

that IS a good question. answer would be yes. the bigger question is wht would the offset be?
