No spacers. You really have to give the TRD guys a lot of credit for this wheel. When I first purched it from the dealer I had no idea what I was getting. But when I went and picked it up, I was very impressed. They have a nice gun metal tone (alloy color), with a nice lip. I was VERY close to getting black, but I figured the contrast against the Magnetic Gray would be much nicer with the alloy color.

The one and only reason I got the TRD wheels was because of my bad experience with balancing after market wheels. I have never had a pair that I didn't have problems with. These babies are made for the car and are as true as can be.

BTW, the other rides on this post are really sweet. I really like the lip kit, I need to save up for that mod. All are original and in good taste.

Loving the diff. rims people are putting on their D's. cuball, the TRD's look great on your car, great choice, almost went with them in black. rhino. your car is looking great, love those rims, getting the DC-6 ver. 1 myself.

hey cuball just curious what brands you had problems with? i've had 4 sets in the past 4 years and none have given me any problem.

My last pair were "Boss", and maybe... "American"? Before that I can't remember. I usually keep my cars 4 or 5 years, so to remember almost 10 years ago is beyond my available RAM :P

The wheels are OEM from a 2001 Neon R/T... I know... pretty sad putting Crapslinger wheels on a Scion... bolt pattern is the same & offset is pretty close... but I paid less for all four wheels than it cost to remount the tires to swap the TPMS sensors :silly:

Pumpkin...did you put a rear disk mod on? It looks like there is a orange or red caliper in rear. Either that or you painted the drum. I cant wait for a big brake kit. Nothing looks better than a open wheel that shows off some nice calipers behind it.

Nah, I don't have a caliper back there. It would be nice if I could find a disc conversion.

See, now those are the first pics of an RS1 I've seen that look more like the actual color of the car, rather than all these vividly bright red-orange things I see posted everywhere... :clap:

Yes, but I think it's mainly due to the parking lot lighting in the picture...

When I first saw an RS1 in person, I was actually somewhat disappointed, because I thought it WAS a vivid red-orange color, from all the photos I was seeing online... but in actuality, it's just a burnt-orange color similar to all the other burnt-orange colored cars out there on the road... still a nice color, but not the "wow!" color I was expecting... :tap:

And now I hear the xD RS2 color is going to be a light green?... yuk...

There's a thread about it over on Scikotics. The poster said the color will be Toyota color code 6U5, Light Green Metallic... I can find the code listed for the 2006 toyota model year, but I can't find any color chip for that code posted on the internet anywhere...

try that. my buddy found nice rims for his tC from them. i set it up to show you some bronze beauties in 17". lowering isnt a high priority yet. with the new tires it rides a LOT nicer, so im guessing the stock dunlops have some uber hard sidewalls. looking for my intake/exhaust combo next, followed by short-shift :icon_twisted: i do admit tho that lowering it will add curb appeal.

i'm gonna be getting different wheels. i'm looking at a set of 16x8 Sportmax xxr 002s. only thing is the set i'm looking at is +0 offset and i'm not sure what that looks like on a xD.

I think either 18s or 19s look the best on the xD
