$ 40.00 is the great price...Randy is the TSW suspension guru, most places can charge you up to $100.00 or more. If interested I suggest you take advantage of this great deal.

I will do the install for $39.95 . I use air tools so the job goes quick!

Randy is the TSW spring pro  , I just do my own work.

haha, you guys are funny. Yes, I am the suspension guru. I have 18 Scion spring installs under my belt. I wrote the book on spring installs (well ok, Nacy wrote the book, i did the work). Heres a step by step we put together:

I have heard some dealers charging $300 just for labor, OUCH!

I am available evenings and weekends if you need the install.

Randode,

I think I would like you to reinstall my springs for me for that price and if you want, help me put on the hotchkis swaybars. Name your price, I started to do the sway bars, but wimped out when I was laying under the car when it was up on the jack stands. Started to see my life flash before me. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Only $300? There's one dealership in NORTH Orange COUNTY (cough, cough) with a posted price of $750 for the TRD springs. At that price I hope they ship it to Japan for the install.

I hear conflicting reports about needing a four-wheel alignment with the new springs. What's your experience?

Thanks! :D

some have said that an allignment is not necessary since the camber does not change, but tires are not cheap. I would get the front end alligned just to make sure the toe is set properly. This will aslo correct the crooked steering wheel issue from the factory. A rear allignment is not needed.

No problem on the Sway bars. I know the front one is a big deal, the rear one is pretty easy and I can do that one on my own. Guess I will have to take it to a shop for the front one. On the springs, how long does it take from experience? I think mine are just a little loose or something and it is causing some creaking when turning up a hill and such. And are you still available in the evenings to take these spings on?

Randy did my install, and probably the only one that took him hours due to no spring compressor... So he need to get one and they are not free

Most shops in OC charge anywhere from $75 to $100
But the best work I have ever seen done was Randy's work
So, $40 is definitely worth it

Plus you will get the comic relief from Jason, no other place offer that to a customer

BTW, the pride is still there other wise he would charge at least $75 to do the job
And it is those people without the pride tries to take advantage of TSW free spring install!!!

usually i can compress the spring by hand while the other person tightens the nut, but the 1" tanabees are really stiff and even with 2 people pushing it, it just wont go. Thus you need to use a compressor.

I'm the one that usually tightens the nuts.

Let's see you guys make a joke out of that.

I know, I'm asking for it.
