He went above and beyond the call of duty to make my purchase easy and stress free! He kept me informed on the status of my car, like when it was coming in, why it was taking so long to deliver. He even went out of his way to pick me up from my house so I could go purchase the car. I've gotta say that that was the best car buying experience I have ever had! power toyota of irvine sucked. trying to lie to me, a stock tc for 19k.... maybe andiii picked it up? the car had rims and tires after i told them i knew for a fact a stock tc costs 16500, so either the car wasnt stock or they were doing something illegal. 3 call backs later and 3 talks to the manager yielded, 'car has 18" chromes and pirellis"

That sounds almost too good to be true!

i actually know mark and he is a very good guy ... and he is more than likely gonna be joining scion evolution .. i acutally just spoke with him to night and he is gonna help me get my second xb ... as for power toyota irvine ... i have recieved nothing but great customer service from them .... they always take care of me if mark isnt there ask for milton and tell him that don sent you .. he will definately take care of you

i actually called irvine and asked for mike but they said he doesnt work there anymore...

any word on where he went? or perhaps a recommendation for another sales person at the dealership?
