If you got a real train horn or even a 150db+ it will be to big to go under the hood.

Most guys are putting them under the back of the box.

Nathan AirchimeK-3L mounted under the back of my xb.
The smallest horn in the pic is the same size of my strup muffler just for size comparison.

Is there anything to watch out for with these http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=40134

I just purchased them and was wondering if you paint it, if it will affect any of the resonance.

How were you able to mount those in the back without having them hang down too low and drag on the ground.

I made a bracket and welded it to the back bumper support heres a pic from the rear looking at directly from the back it only hangs down about 3inchs in the front were the bells flare out.

The muffler is the only thing that scraps when i go down a steep driveway.

What size of air line are you running? How many psi?

Do you have a problem with debris and dirt building up within the horns since they are facing forward?

THE COMPRESSIOR U COULD MOUNT UNDER UR DRIVERSEAT (U REALLY DONT WANT TO MOUNT IT OUTSIDE IT NEEDS TO STAY DRY).THEN U COULD GET A 4GAL. PANCAKE TANK MOUNT IT UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT.
