Default another s/c question

as of yesterday. my s/c auto tc has been less responsive than usual. i mean its a pretty big difference. it seems as tho when i press the gas, the rpms go up high and fast as usual but the car doesnt accelerate up as fast. like the boost doesn't come in fast enough. i thought it might be cuz i need a oil change so i got it done, and i know for a fact i used 91 last fill up and i still dont know why its doing it. OH and then like it really happens in the morning an day...and then when i start it at night usually its okay and back to normal. now i do have the viper auto start on mine. can this make a difference? and when i start it regularly, it starts harshly. help?

I had that little white trumpet inside the air box pop loose and the difference in air flow to the MAF caused the ECU to put the car in limp mode.

if the rpms go up and the car doesn't accelerate you might be out of clutch

i suggest a complete high performance kit

Try checking all your connections and your belt.

^^yeah. i know what you mean. I have seen older cars with trannys where those clutch plates wore out and they had similar problems.

Default Your clutch.

Its your clutch bud. That happens when the clutch is slipping and not engaging properly. Trust me on that.

could be a number of things, just need to get it checked out, torque converter, solenoids, or clutches. they might be able to run a couple of tests. might be leaking boost if your still on your stock BPV.
