kk see that is the problem you buy the toys. see what we do with our dogs is sew stuff together in odd shapes. that way if they wreck them you can patch up easy of replace.

so far we have a ____zu pomeranian and a schipperke. my sister buys expensive toys for both but in less then two days we have a dead toy. so we started making our own. the ones we made lasted a week before they got into the inside of it.

here is what you do. gate off with a child proof gate an area where you can let the dog play and not wreck anything. make sure any wire remotes shoes are not in that area. works great doing that. also you need to wear the dog out. small dog are high energy.

all else fails give him to tu...lol

eh... socks, underwear, papers, cat, shoes, hats, towels, he kills...

he'll play with his toys but not destroy them.. saves that for our stuff.... durring day he's gated off in the kitchen... only loose the odd flier or roll of paper towels.... but at night... he's free to roam between our room an kitchen (and places between and beyond) cuz of his whining/barking when locked away...

if he survives till end of april he's goin back to inlaws....

see at night we kennel our dogs. yes they will whine and bark. but you can get a anti bark device and pop it in front of the cage. when they bark it send out a high pitch beep. humans can hear it. but dogs hate it. works great till they learn it is sleep time in the kennel. now it just sits by the kennel not active. but they don't bark unless someone tries to enter the house or room.

i have raised two dogs in my childhood, wasn't hard to housebreak them, and keep them from chewing things that aren't theirs. you just gotta be smarter than the dog, can you do that? come on, who is evolved? who can walk upright, who can open and close doors? who can roll up a newspaper and start swinging?

http://www.amazon.com/Dog-Training-D.../dp/0764552864

you can do it, just gotta take the time to do it. or call the dog whisperor.

aint callin the dog whisperer..... and i'm still tryin to figure out why he went after stuff that was up on a table instead of the parts on the floor....

i treat dogs like kids... as long as i can give the back to their owner when im done its good.

dog was gonna go back to the inlaws who are retired and have time to deal with him full time anyways.... but after last night...it'll be a race to see if they get home b4 he gets sent else where

Pull his teeth out. I would love to have a dog, but we have allergic family members.
