The DIY got deleted awhile ago I think, I did that ish off the top of my head, which I would not advise. I know Dakine had a DIY, but his method seems hard compared to the lower grille one (he uses the stock upper grill but cuts the emblem off and replaces it with another bottom grille section), but its clean as hell.

So its a grill swap? I don't get it if i take the emblem off its gonna look that clean? why does it look like theres a molded piece in the grill where the emblem sits? Or that is the emblem i need to look at my car more closely. P.S. your cars look so good im about to just go rip my emblem off.

These aren't the oem top grilles (if you remove the emblem there would be an emblem circle there), its the badgeless mod. Basically you have to buy another bottom grille, take off the top grille, remove the plastic chrome piece from the top grille, do some cutting and fitting (hard part) to the bottom grille you bought to make it fit the shape of the plastic chrome piece and put it in. <~ Just a brief description, don't follow that tutorial theres some more things to it haha.

Look locally, I got mines off an SL member for $20.

If go to meets, ask around, usually people with the OEM foggies would have an extra one laying around.

Back can be tricky, cause than you have to buy a badgeless rear garnish, and those are expensive.

he did say he was gonna "fill" it when he painted the car so i don't think he would have to get a badgeless garnish...

I think that would work, might not be the most effective way but it would work
