I needed to check this section of the sit more often. This looks like one of those things where it would be more fun with about 5 to 10 people so we could get all on the track together.

hehe, People we can definetly roll there i usually race there just like Nick said on saturdays and its very fun.
Someone said those karts go 40-60 mph thats a little off... they go 30 tops which is still nice considering its indoor and you are practically sitting on the ground !
You can drift there no doubt but then you;ll be the slow.... My best lap time so far is 47 seconds which is respectfull time . There are too many people who are very very slow and sometime you get stuck behind them and sometimes the cars are either not fully charged due to the place being very busy and sometimes they are charged but the tires are cold so it takes 3-4 laps to warm them up, and sometimes you get lucky and get a fully carged kart with warm tires
Anyway lets set something up...
P.S. Nick i still want that gauge pod !
v17 is pretty cool.. they aren't THAT fast.. as said above 30mph tops. very fun though and they make it competitive because they print out sheets that give you your previous lap times and you can compare. and they have a billboard of that day's or months fastest times with names and stuff, so it's cool.
expensive though. it's $20 to become a member, then it's like 19 bucks PER race. a race is about 7-8 laps depending on how quick you are. so just a heads up, if you're going there as a non-member and going to do a few races plan on spending like 80 bucks or so.
