2 Possibilities to start with:

Did you get the reflash? If you just put the higher flow injectors in with no reflash, it will run rich and possibly cause you to stall out. You also lose fuel efficiency and run too rich when driving.

Vacuum leak: If you just installed the S/C and it's idling rough to where it dies randomly, you may have a hose or the charge pipe loose somewhere. The MAF would meter incorrectly and you car would stall.

Is your TB (throttle body) clean? Dirty TB's full of carbon deposits can cause this concern. Clean it using a TB and intake cleaner. It comes in a spray can. I use it at work all the time.

it only stalls when im at a stand still.

as far as the reflash goes toyota installed it and said they reflashed it.

when i run the car for a few minutes it wont stall out. but if i havent driven in it it will stall in drive. also im a auto if that matters

check to see if your MAF sensor is dirty... if it is, that may be the root of your problem...

My car does the same when S/C installed and a week later ore more get back to normal. the weird idle was the computer reset by battery disconect. If I disconect the battery now will do the same again.

When you start it do you turn the injnition on and wait a second before you start it or do you just put the key in and start it right away ? For some reason I noticed alot of people mentioning that if they waited a second or 2 it would start up fine. I don't know when you change the small fuel line if it does something.
