Default Fastest TC on pump gas.

I was just wandering on who has the highest hp TC on pump gas. 300-hp? 350-hp? 400-hp? 450-hp? 500???
And was it a custom turbo kit or not. Just wandering.

The tc can make more power but, I don’t know if it will be safe for the rest of the car lol. What I meant is that I think, may be am wrong but I think that after 400hp I will probable start braking axles, transmission or who knows what. Just wandering. Wanted to ask those tc out there that has gone beyond this point and see what they have done or replace. Looking for the weakest link, if you know what I mean.

No kit, is a custom set-up. Just a basic setup with a Gt35r turbo, AEM stand along, Pistons and Roads.

I heard of some people breaking the axesl with 300hp on slicks, that is why I was just wandering.

well i know a guy up here on LSD's and slicks on stock axels pushing close to 400. so i'd say they can handle their share of power.

400WHP will be so easy to get when I get the new motor to put in. 425WHP is the least I am going for.

That is great news, I just send Pito a message but he blew the engine in his 500hp tc. If he response we will be able to share information and compare setups hope that the information we gather will help everyone on their projects.

Well 425,450,475 is not the problem, am sure we can do that, the problem is to make the engine/ trany last @ that level. Just to give you and idea I did 417@22psi. today I was playing with the boost and I was thinking I lower it form 22psi. It turds out that I raise it to over 30psi. I took the ct for a spin and the car was an animal, I heard the waist gate penning and closing at WOT constantly. I know something was wrong, I check the boot level and it was at 30.1psi (the waist gate spring is 30psi) Thank god nothing happened. But it did 30.1psi don’t know what the hp for that is but nothing happened to the engine. I have to give thanks to the AEM and my mechanic for setting the knock sensor correctly.

Making the power, not a problem, keeping that kind of power without breaking anything for a long time is the key!!
