Just to get your attention, heres a couple cell phone pics of how my tC is right now. I have a couple things that need to be installed (tomorrow, monday) and thats when Ill have real pics. But changes are at the bottom of all the pics.

My custom upper grille

But here are the changes

-New Exhaust
-Spipe, turbo, cant see obviously
-Took off the lip kit, cause of a crack
-Redout TBL
-Painted the exhaust silencer black
-New turn signal bulb

Tomorrow morning I'm installing the grille
Monday I'm having my Defi boost gauge installed

Please remove the silencer. It looks dumb with it in. I also hope you have a real photoshoot with the 30D, not driveway pictures.

looks plain just like every other tC without the lipkit which idk how you cracked when it can take a beating. the grill looks good but it would have looked better with the lip kit and now it's just plain again. as for the silencer i don't like but your exhaust really that loud cause it gets quieter with a turbo.

yeah it looks stupid, but its just so much quieter. with the ability of a cop to tell me to take the turbo out like nothing, its just a little safer to have my exhaust quieter so i dont have to worry that much about being pulled over

and yes itll be a real photoshoot.

in a way thats what im trying to accomplish.

the lip cracked cause my bro was going like 15 up a hill and hit a pothole (or something similar) and it just cracked the bottom of the lip. and it scraped the side skirt pretty deep. the exhaust isnt that loud, but like i said above, just for a little safety

that silencer gives the cop a better reason to stop you cause why else would you have it pffh 15 and he hit a pothole and there goes the lip, man with my GFX i've hit alot of things and yet it's still like new except for a few scratches but that is nothing. some people that i know that have that RS1 lip drive crazy and hit things too and yet it's still in 1 piece. which means your bro has to stop tring to hit boost everytime and pay more attention to the road.

kinda true about the silencer, but its just gonna stay in. its kinda nice cruising and sounding like you only have like a trd axleback. granted it doesnt sound as good w/o it in, but its not bad at all.

and he rarely goes into boost. there are times where its obviously not avoidable, but hes rarely in boost.

you can prevent the hood from denting in like that if you put a piece of wood behind the drill, to give the surrounding material support. also, let up on the drill speed as you approach the other side.

Cheap pictures! j/k

How much help did the silencer do I wonder. Any chance you can post a vid or a sound clip (w/ and w/o it)? I'm sure that'll help a lot of people.
