due to popular demand and interest from fellow new jersians... i figured id start a new thread trying to organize a meet in the north jersey area sometime in the spring or summer time...

WHERE- Liberty State Park (thinking of the Science Center or picnic areas for the rally point) for meet/greet daytime pics, food, to Lincoln Tunnel for cruising and night time pics
WHO- Open to any Scion-er or anyone that just flat out enjoys cars
WHY- Do we really need a reason to get this many ppl together

Okay, nice one man. There's a kick @ss spot over where River road ends by the Lincoln Tunnel. Not sure if you know what I'm talking about but there's a whole new SUPER BRIGHTLY lit up park there. Don't know if it's cool to show up with a large group but I don't see why not. Anyways, I was thinking of taking a bunch of photos etc. of people's whips since it's nice and bright...

Then there is of course the huge strip mall in Edgewater that would also work out just fine...

I guess we just need to figure on a time and date then...

 

definitely, and pictures are of course a must... and depending on when we could do this, we could throw in a friendly stroll down one of jersey's many highways... or maybe a bbq of some sort

 

Yeah, I'm a photographer (a real one) so we shouldn't have any problems in that department, hehe...

We should do a little stroll down some quiet 1/4 stretches while we're at it

Anyways as far as a date goes, I would be down in like a month or so. Okay, at least a few weeks. I've got a charger and a bunch of other stuff to install still :D

Well, the edgewater location has car meets/hangouts every weekend and just about every night in the summer. The weekend ones are always pretty big with like 30-40 cars if not more. There's a starbucks thats open late and the parking lot is MASSIVE. Security and 5-0 don't bother anyone ever...

The brightly lit park I was talking about is pretty much dead with no one around. I was thinking if there were like 10-15 of us and we were just doing photos, as opposed to donuts or something, we could get away with it. Sh_t, there's even a huge soccer field there if anyone wanted to play...

 

Oh I'm definately in.
