How much did you spend on your wheels/rims?

Just the wheels, not including the tires. If you happen to have bought a package deal, then just pick the one or the other... whatever.

I'm only asking just so I can justify myself in blowing a wad of cash on some new shoes.....

i'd say do a balance with your other mods, i dont see a good reason buying an overly expensive wheels on a plane/bone stock tc.. you can find nice wheels for cheap..

rims and tires were 920 before shipping and that was with mount/balance, ect..... the works so little over 1000

I've had expensive rims and more affordable rims on previous rides. Everything from 16's to 20's on cars and trucks.

Over time, it really didn't matter how much I spent, it was all about finding rims that were unique and didn't show up on every other ride out there.

I was more satisfied with unique rims that looked good but didn't necessarily cost an arm and a leg.

Along the lines of what Ace83 said, balance is going to make a great impact. You don't want any one part of your car to overshadow other parts of your car.

Some of the best show cars out there have a balance of great mods that work in conjunction to bring it all together.

Based on what wheels I order I'll be paying $485 Per wheel(Weds Sport SA-70 in black chrome) or $523 per wheel(Advan RS in dark gun metallic).
