Hey guys I was installing my quick release hub and steering wheel yesterday and ended up somehow blowing a fuse to my alarm.

Well I am hoping that's what's wrong anyways.

But anyways I am needing to know how to take the upper part of the dash off so I can get to the brain of the alarm.

Are you talking about the dash pad or the silver part where the radio is?

The actual dash not just the waterfall. Like I need to take the whole top part off.

Thanks

I tried to get mine to come off.......I could not find the last few clips or screws that is holding the back in.......must be under the pillers or something.

If we are able to get it off today I will make sure to take pictures of how to do it.

there are indeed screws under the pillar, then there's a series up front. I don't have a DIY on it, however it's not for the time constrained or the weak. I'd give your self about 4 days to get it off and put it back on..

However, I don't think you need to get the dash off to get to a fuse for your alarm.

it will not take four days to get the dash off.

first you need to remove the waterfall, radio and the gauges. There is one screw behind the gauge, the two from the radio and two behind the radio. One at the bottom of each pillar. And the hardest ones are under the dash in the glove box. You will need to remove the glove box and disconnect the pass. airbag. there are two bolts that hold it two the car fame and two screws that hold it to the dash. It's up to you which ones to want to remove.

here is the link to get the pass. air bag off
