Make kits in fiberglass? why wouldnt they make em out of eurothane or polyeurothane? much more durable and wont break? whats up with that? better fit and finish too. hmm?

If I was going to buy a kit I'd make sure it was ABS or Urethane or Polyurethane like the stock lip kit.

anything breaks, it all depends on your driving.

anything can be made with a poor fit even non fiberglass kits.

as for the finish, its all in the prep work.

I think part of the problem is they arn't on the used car market yet, if you think about it, rarely does a 17 year old kid get a new car and get a bodykit, but I know tons of people that have hondas 89-01 between the age 16-19 that have kits. I don't know anyone that has a new car with a kit.

the mold for a one off piece will be about 2000, plus making the kit.

the scion market has a lot out there, but it is not selling like people thought it would. people want everything so cheap, but cheap is not always good.

I think its more like the products arn't preforming as well as they should.(ex. the bitz supercharger <30hp gain)and alot of people don't like what is out. how many body kits have been made for the xB just for usdm, there are no more than 5(trf,genie,areo,evo5,and some ebay kit) I can think of and most I don't like, and 4 of the 5 are just lips

there are alot more than that. soo soo many more than that idont remember all the names but there are soo friggin many(like 15 or more. maybe like 25-30).You are right about the lip kit thing tho. if you take yer car to new york and pay 3000 erebuni will custom make a kit for you and then sell it for cheap. oh but you gotta let em have yer car for 3 months

are you sure, cause all the ones I see that arn't listed above, are either JDM or remakes of JDM. I could understand if there were maybe 15 out just for the USDM and i didn't know about 10, but 25-30 is pushing it
