Check the classifieds. Sometimes you can find the trd set for cheap. But I would wait and save up for the trd struts as well because I wouldn't ride with just springs for a long period of time on stocks struts.

if you are getting TRD, you can use your stock struts, A lot people with TRD still on stock struts for a while, some even over a year.

Save your money on Radar dectector, i have Beltronic RX 65, it was rated #1 on www.radarbuster.com last year.
I just got stop for speeding yesterday on the GSP, the radar went off when i saw the cop car. lucky i just got a warning.

I think the radar dectors only work if the cop's radar point parallel with the road. then your radar detector could pick up about a quarter mile before. \
But in my case, his patrol car is park behind trees and perpendicular toward to the highway.
The RX65 pick up the radar when the cop clocked me doing 83.

He probably had one of those "Instant On" radars. U wont get a warning with those on ur detector.

And...on the topic...I would lower first...couldnt see a stock ride height tC rockin those seats!

Don't go to the dealer to get them installed!
I have heard of people on here saying that the dealer wanted to charge 400-500 dollars just for install.
Try and find someone to do it for you on the side or call around to random shops.
