So I was looking into a set of Esam style jdm rainguards or replicas for the box but was interested in input from those who bought them and those who did not and why. (aside cost)
what do you recommend ?

 

id do the real ones. bigger bling factor. ill be getting some in the next 2 weeks

 

I bought some replicas off of a sponsor on here (NSP Tommy). There pretty awesome except that my drivers one vibrates against my glass. I shaved it down some but it still does it. Other than that, I recommend them!

 

+1 for NSP Tommy. for the price def go with these. my rear driverside started to vibrate but i just heatgunned it a lil and shaved down the rest. easy fix.

They're tinted. But I'm not sure if the authentic ones are lighter or darker than the knockoffs. My set of authentic ones have come in! I'm so excited!

I have a set of knock offs, They fit fine no vibrating or anything like that. They do have a off color to them thought not really black almost brownish in direct sunlight. If I was to do it again I would get them again as I spent $50 on them....

Do vent visors reduce the wind noise that comes with driving at higher speeds with the windows cracked open?

Definitely get them. They give a kind of "vortex" effect with the windows cracked that gets great ventilation but keeps you dry/ keeps noise down (which the wade-style don't). Very resilient ones from NstTommy.

i got my E-Sams on my car and i'm sooo glad i got the real ones! the authentic ones also have this "wiper" for the windows for the front visors

 

im going to get them soon....i just see alot of people having problem with the fakes ones...i know the real ones are expensive but u get what u pay for...should have mine in a month or so..
