And if so, what class do you run and is it SCCA?

It all depends on the mods done to the car. One of our guys in an xA was placed in a different category because of his springs... so it really depends.

I'm planning on doing it at some point, but I gotta replace the tires first; they're my weakest link right now.

Chech with your region first. There is a debate going around the nation in SCCA about letting the xB run due to a risk of rollover. We all know this is complete bs, but they have their reasons.

I ran the xB in HS and did really good with it. Not sure what mods you have done, but you might want to get a printout of the rule book and look it over.

I have too and it was FUN.
When is the next one coming up in KY?
This time NO Passengers tho.
The dead weight slows me down too much. Plus, now I have more power and handling mods so it should do even better.

jeff, check out kyscca.com. You might want to send an email asking about the xB being able to run.

On a side note, you going to exposed this year and when is the one in bristol?

Why would it not be able to run?
Gonna try and make exposed but I'm working nights and most weekends so overnight stuff will be tough, not sure when Bristol exposed is.

I would love to try autocross in the xb. I am suprised at how well it handles, and have never even felt like it was going to break traction or rollover in a curve. I think people are just afraid to be beaten by a box.....or maybe not!

I'll be Autocrossing my xB this weekend just so long as it passes the inspection.

I have DF210 lowering springs and Axis Mod wheels to give it a wider track. The guy running the AutoX event said those would help me pass inspection with the box. Guess we'll see what happens.

I'll be in the STS class.
