The specs are 15X5.5 4-130 +25 offset. Would i have trouble with fitting or rubbing issues? Is there a way to make them fit.

you need 4 x 100 so they won't fit. everything else looks like it would be fine

4x100 only unless u want to call H&R and get some wheel adapters and then their gonna stick out and look dumb
