have an RS 2 grille laying around, was gonna sell it but my gf wants it for her tC. she wants it painted black, how should i go about doing this? just spray it with flat black? or should i sand it, then spray with flat black?...

 

Sand (or at least scuff) it and then paint.

 

just painted it today and let it dry for a few hours. i slapped it on just now, how does it look guys? thinking about taking it off over the weekend to wetsand, repaint, and clearcoat.

 

It looks clean. You're going to re-do it again?

 

yeah, i didn't get to clearcoat it today and it's getting dark. i wanted to stick it in to see what it looked like and i'm gonna leave it until i get around to adding the clearcoat this weekend...
