My car is registered as a 2006 but has features that seem to suggest it's a 2005 in some respects. This would be important should I decide to Turbo it due to the wiring.

Does it have steering wheel controls?

 

or cruise control? I belive the older gen 1 xbs dont have cruise control

 

No steering wheel controls and another guy told me the MAF is what makes the 2006 greddy kit need to be re-wired. He already answered and said 2005 on mine so cool!

Always looking for more opinions though. No cruise or radio controls.

my is an 05 and vac line is diffrent







04-05 steering wheel looks likes this it will have a scion emblem in the middle
06-07 look like that tc wheels

 

Look at the production date on the pillar sticker. Pre Dec05 and post Dec 05 have some wiring differences. They are marked on factory wiring diagrams if present. MAF sensor wiring appears to be the same on all 06 models according to the info i have.

 

Somehow I couldn't find it the first time but I did now and 10/5-that is so cool-opens a lot of potential for options with turbos and GReddy prices are dropping.
