whatsup all,
I will be getting some h-techs installed onto my tc soon. Is it necessary to install a camber kit with these springs? Did a search but couldn't get any definite answers.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i doubt it. its only a 1.5" drop in the rear which i dont think would give you negative camber in the rears?

The reason I ask is because the shop that is going to install my h-techs tells me that i would need a camber kit since I'm using tein springs. Any reason why they would make me unnecessarily purchase this?
Although I'd prefer to hear from tc owners w/ h-techs installed and take their word for it. Thanks for the input guys!

i have h-techs installed, have my car alligned totally in spec, and did not need a camber kit to do so.
anything lower than h-techs *may* require a camber kit, but i've seen people get away without needing one.
from my experience, my h-techs did not need a camber kit

Ignorance, ... or maybe greed? Any competent alignment shop should be able to put your car into spec without a camber kit. (Tire Kingdom did my H-tech's no problem.) Tell them you don't need it, ... if they still insist you buy it, take your car to another shop.

like everyone else said.. no need for camber kit on h-techs.. I don't have it on mine.. just an alignment will do man!
