is anybody into the rc cars??? if so what type do u have..electric or nitro.

 

my friend has a nitro, too rich for my blood.

 

haha i use to play with nitro... but it got a little too spendy after i got the tC... so im throwing money into the tC instead of the nitro rc

 

I actually raced electric radio-controlled cars for 5 years up until last spring.

I've been in the hobby for over 10.

 

i do! i have the older traxxis 4tec, i think it might actually be the first nittro 4tec, it does about 60mph ,..my next is going to be the brand new 3.3 nittro 4tec, u can tune it to do about 90mph, i cant wait

 

HPI Micro RS4 FTW!

I used to race a long time ago. I miss it so bad... I have a Mugen MTX3 Prospec. Novarossi MR12, airtronics highspeed/torque steering and thorttle servo's, one way diff in the front, that SOB would scream!!! On a really nice wintery day, we actually were able to clock it doing 61 mph down the back stretch at the old race track we had here before they shut it down to build houses... Damn people... LOL!

I have to go fire it up one of these days here. Several guys down in my club used to race and stuff.

 

I'm not a tC owner and I haven't been active on here in a really long time but I love RC. I currently race 1:8 nitro buggy and 1:10 electric stadium trucks and I have a decent collection of vehicles both nitro and electric.

I'm getting a Traxxas Slash as soon as it comes out next month. I really can't wait for that one.

 

Yup I love r/c cars, I bash with a nitro revo 3.3...for now. I am really wanting to get into the buggy scene, and the new 3.3 4tec looks hella tight. I really want one of every type of car at least. I need more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

 

hahahaha im such a kid when it comes to this....
ill post pics up later but currently i have the Team Associated 18R, Losi MIcro Baja, and the HPi Savage 25. The one i fool around with more is the 18R cause thats the one i have more ish in with the Mamba Comp brushless and li-po .... that ish is scary fast.

 

I used to do a lot of micro rc stuff and picked up some of the bigger ones...

the mirco rc collection was huge but the bigger toys are mostly made up of a Losi XXX-S, a MiniZ, a Venom Mini Giant and a few other select ones...

Haven't had much time for RC lately though, mostly due to no decent tracks around for what I like (electric car racing).

 

got me an associated tc4 factory team, that i use for rc drifting, and ive been looking into the e-maxx 16.8 with a nice brushless upgrade for some beach bashing now that summer is in full swing in miami

 

i do own a rc car but my main hobby is rc planes. i cant find my pics of my gas and nitro planes but here is a pic of me hovering a electric plane and the pulling out of the hover

i've got a practically BRAND NEW Associated RC18MT with brushless motor and mambo esc if anyone wants to trade me for a 1/10 scale. post what you got.

 

Huh!! I already have it...and it is a very expensive hobby..the last nitro car that i just bought is a 1:16 choas nitro buggy with an upgreaded motor and servo and it does about 65 tops...Im gonna have to stop for awhile. this is my 80th one..will post a picture of all my rc collection.. worth about 50g's..and that is that i get hooekd up sometimes..

 

Used to race an HPI RS4 Sport 2 (1/10 Electric w/19 turn motor). I also have a Traxxas 4tec (Electric 1/10 w/20 turn). Still have the cars and mess around with 'em from time to time.
