Interested to know, I have not seen many xB's with that configuration, and I thinking about doing it myself.. -nt superjeer 11-29-2004, 11:53 PM me :) 5zigen MK5's? in hyperblack on a bcp lowered 2" then later 1". :) ET25MM 7" wide. They look good, IMO. I actually had someone comment "that's about as big as you can get on that, huh?" So, they don't lack for filling the wells, I guess. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/578643 Nathant888 11-30-2004, 12:02 AM I like alot!! Your wife has 16"'s too right? They are not too bad at all. How much did the setup cost?? -nt superjeer 11-30-2004, 12:16 AM actually I had my wheels on her car when I took those pics. I got them from van phan, scionvan ?? on SL. I think he's part of onetongarage.com I'm not sure if he can still get them, but he had low offsets, which is cool. Nathant888 11-30-2004, 12:21 AM actually I had my wheels on her car when I took those pics. I got them from van phan, scionvan ?? on SL. I think he's part of onetongarage.com I'm not sure if he can still get them, but he had low offsets, which is cool. cool. I am not looking to buy any wheels just yet, I do not have the money... I am not sure if I want to go with 17" or 16". Both look really good. I am looking at 16x6.5(EDIT 7.5) Borbet Type S with a 1" drop. http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheels/borbet/swap/bor_s_ci3_l.jpg I saw this car in the Gallery: http://www.scionlife.com/gallery/data/500/8242689750_142.jpg Those are the exact wheels I am looking at, but it is not a profile, just one wheel, and am looking for more.. If anyone knows who has this car or knows where more pics are plz tell me It would be ideal if they came in 17" 4x100, but they don't and think I can do with 16". I know more than 2 people have 16" wheels.... -nt OKIHost 11-30-2004, 12:53 AM how much do those borbets run? Nathant888 11-30-2004, 01:03 AM how much do those borbets run? There are not that expensive. $150/wheels, and if you add Pirelli Nero M+S tires it is just shy of $1000 for a full set. Not bad -nt CBSIMONSEZ 11-30-2004, 02:30 AM I was thinking of running 16s, but found that the 17s were cheaper. Cheaper in tires too, this was a must for the long term, as i have a tendency to run through tires quuickly. FYI ... i have BSA 17x7.5 with 215/45R17s which fill the wheel wells nicely. And i have the Tein H tech, wich dropped the box about 1 to 1 1/2 " all around. Hit my link in my sig to see pics. MyBoX 11-30-2004, 02:59 AM The car in that pic is mine, The wheels made by German company name Tracer. they are 7 years old and discontinued about 3 years ago, very close to the new style of Borbet BS , (I think they bought the design or something) they are 16x9.5 +15 in rear and 16x9 +15 in front, I got them from VW friend after he sold his VW Golf project. Those are my daily driver wheels, and I have my 18s for shows and fun days, I love small wheels on this car, it looks kinda sad/stupid  if its not drop like 3" but hey the tires are cheap, these were not "lets put them on and have a drive" set of wheels, I had to run 3 degree camber in rear, roll the fenders and so on Let me know if you have more questions !! Short_Bus 06-09-2006, 05:46 AM Even when I had 18's I was still noticably lower than my friend with the trd's on 18's. I am running 215/40/16s right now which actually took me down a smidge lower. I comparison pics if you want me to pm them to you (my car with current setup next to trd) def. worth it in my opinion tanabe DF's arn't very expensive now.... Ghost_1 06-09-2006, 12:43 PM no worries on the pics, I just was wondering cause when I saw your b at the BBQ, I just thought the wheel gap was about right.
