We will have plenty of food and drink on hand, live bands, kids activities, tents/shelters/ezup's for shade. A raffle will be held with the proceeds to go to charities such as JDRF, foundation for blind children, March of Dimes and Make a wish. Potential sponsors and vendors for show are Smart Wax, No Limitz Industries, Real Cool window tinting, Napa, Mod Concepts, Strup, NOS energy drink and Avondale Scion. More sponsors to be announced as we continue to secure arrangements.

This will be >>>>FREE<<<< Scion only show, SA will be showcasing their rides but will not be in the show. Certain Scion Apocalypse members will be judging the cars and we will be using a judging sheet. Liquid Karma Entertainment will be providing models for photos.

Yo got the package couple nights from Chris H. I will be passing out flyers at Scion Nationals and the Show n Glow event in Victorville, CA.

Hey Kirby.....on the Hotels....I know that there are some over by the arizona cardinals stadium, Can't think of the name of them at the moment but they aren't too far from Avondale Scion. I don't live on that side of town but have seen them when have driven over there. If I am over there anytime soon I'll write them down and let you know.

Marriot - Courtyard, Marriot Residence Inn, Holiday Inn express, Renaissance Inn. Any of those should offer a great deal as occupancy is very low and since there are not any main events in that area, you should be able to get a great rate at a nice hotel for mid summer in Arizona.

Word! Cant wait for this event guys. Should be off the hook. My car should be ready by then. New wheels, refurnished kit, etc. Bump for Avondale. Oh btw, thanks Chris H for all the business cards you sent. LOL....
