hey wellington let me know if you need vendors, i can get a few of the companies that sponsor my car send me stuff for display booths or even be there in person with a vendor booth

have something else going on at the show at the same time, so that people arent just standing around and waiting for trophies. something like a video game tournament, or if the show is outdoors have a basketball hoop for a mini bball tourney or something like that

also have a cookout of some sort or get lots of food!!

Nice ideas. If this works out will make it a once a year. I already have the cook out planned. We can get a video game tournament going and the hoop is a good idea to.
Another thing that im working on is hotel rooms. I can get a nice package including food at the hotel. what do you think about a kick off party the day before and who ever comes will work on hotel. We will also have a scionRG display. So you guys can keep all your cars together.
Keep feeding the ideas.

are you keeping it a scion only event or opening it up to other classes of cars? if you open it up you have to anticipate tons more people showing up. IRA did a few shows last year with other car classes and they pulled it off, as well as rockingham. or if you do scion only, that would be fun as well since you know all of us would be down to go
