not at the moment...but just like everything else...quite hard to judge, Fiber FX wants to keep offering unique parts, thats what sets us apart from other CF manufacturers...

will your trunk include the indent for the scion logo? i want to take my logo off but the indent kills that idea... and yes ive seen custom logos but i just want it real clean. Also will you offer a CF tunk lid+hood combo deal?

That would be a killer idea! You can solve the problem of the latch by installing an actuator, and having it open by remote. Now theres an idea!

the trunk is just how u see it but in CF, we are expecting some 2nd week of february...hopefully we have at least a sample for our BBQ...see ya'll there

Are you releasing a CF trunk without the 'integrated wing'?
That looks like the back end of a '96 Dodge Stratus.

nope, other companies have already made the OEM style CF trunk, we are the only company making a different style

won't this make it look like an A4 trunk?

its pretty much anything with a trunk lip spoiler.


its almost lik the TC trunk lip spoiler, jus more smooth.

i've seen it up close. i say it'll look real nice for those guys who want a lip kit or to go stock body kit.

The final product should look nice. I'm hoping the final numbers a reimpressive.

wow, that looks pretty nice, although it'll be nice to match the center part. How about offering factory painted versions? At least I have a flint mica, so it's not that big of a problem.

Can you get more shots from different angles?

it looks great, the fitment looks almost perfect, at least with what you can see in the picture. Factory paint matching would be nice but it might get scratched in shipment Audicted.

looks nicee..i worked at a private jet company, and some customers use carbon fiber as the finish for their cabinets..looks real nice.

the center part is removed from your oem trunk then replaced on our cf trunk

the center part actually houses the electrical switch that releases the trunk, its not mechanical, its all integrted onto the switch, 3rd brake light and the lic plate lights...

we currently do NOT offer a part for that, but you can always just paint it black

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. This is by far the bestest trunk ever. These will sell like hot cakes

what about a carbon-fiber applique for that center part, like those carbon-fiber B-pillar appliques?

This rear carbon hatch you guys did is off the hook! I was talking to Gene and Richard from Magnaflow about your company last night, and this exact hatch came up in our conversation. I am stocked to see it done and can't wait to see it on our tC.

Great work and your guys carbon hood and hatch will be such a sweet addition to our tC.

i think the applique wouldlook much better for that center secion....cause it just STICks out all weird cause its not the same as the rest of the trunk. I wanna know how much noise comes through that trunk since its not made of as thick material and its so much lighter to hold all that glass.

i would have to check the sound dampening, but you can always add a thin layer of "dynamat". to deaden the sound.

as far as the glass, we did a lot of testing, and its all good!!!

Let me know if they go out next week and Ill have the crew back home keep an eye out for hood and hatch. We are pulling the stock glass early next week and it will be ready to install on your carbon hatch as soon as it arrives!

Just wanted to let you know, I showed off your hatch to a couple people last night and everyone was loving it and blow away.

everything on this trunk is pretty much bolt on...except u need a window specialist to re install the oem glass back on... other than that its pretty easy

i dunno if this has been asked but dude how much weight savings does it have?

seriuosly the trunks weighs at about 15lbs, plus the window another 15lbs...plus all the oem factory peices, it weighs in at a very light weight of 35lbs, the stock one is over 50lbs...

and may i add you get a very cool lookin integrated spoiler on our trunk...:wink:

The only thing I would worry about is the fragility. I have to be careful with the hood not to slam. :nails:

the shocks still work well, and the OEM glass doubles as added structure to the peice...over all it great, should not have to worry bout slammin it, the shocks will still do their job...
