Default 63 and accelerating in a 35

12,562miles and finally got pulled over in the :R

1:53am Driving home from work.

Got off the freeway, turned onto the highway 6 headed home, its 35mph till the end of the bridge then it goes to 55mph. I was going to make a speed run (4-5miles strait), there are usually no cars.. half way across the bridge V1 goes off for laser I see him parked coming off the freeway (he just pulled up) and hit me with laser twice, braked both times slowed to 55 hit the cruise control.

He is on me not even a mile down the road...sex lights .. cherries and berries.. yup I'm gonna get f_u_k3d.

The normal crap, he asked why I was doing 63, I told him tired headed home. Got to work at 9am.. going home now. He asks WHY.. I said I am self employed, don't take a salary so I was working on side jobs. He comes back and says this one's on me (him), get home safe, but the next one is on me. I thank him and am on my way.

So after 4 tickets, I finally get a warning, seriously the first I have ever been pulled and only gotten a warning. Okay I am going to bed, 6 is gonna be early and I still have 5-10 emails to write on my laptop in bed. UGH.

I only mess around when there is NO one out there, he got me on the freeway offramp and I was a half mile down the road or more! He told me a few of his tricks so now I have a few more things to look out for.

Oh I know.. My glasses were pressed against my face, head against the headrest, hair slicked back.. one of the SCARIEST moments of my life. I almost got it to 66mph but my life flashed before my eyes and I slowed down to 65.

Um.. same road I got pulled on I got the xB to around 118.. I ran out of road, and there are SEVERAL people that have seen me do 100+, it wasn't hard at all.. drives quite nice actually.

All were in the tC. March and April, were for no front plate, last night was just because I was playing around and the cop wanted to make sure I wasn’t drunk. Before March the last time I got pulled over was in 2002 for my all time favorite reason, loud music. It wasn’t even that loud. I am still ticket free knock on wood!

I've been in the xB when he got it up to 66. This guy thought he was Tokyo Drift racer guy. I was just glad to be alive! And just like I said before:

66 is a big deal in WA? I'm still hoping they raise our freeway speed limits to 80 some time..

or was it just a small road?

Hahaha lol..no..somebody made a joke about an xb getting up to 66 MPH. If you've ever driven one they're way slower than a tc. Will is a crazy a$$ **** though. If you love your car don't let it anywhere near that guy

Oh. lol.

Well, in that case.. Will, if you're ever planning to come down to San Diego, please give me a week's notice prior to you being here. I'll need to make ride arrangements so my car's not on the road.

I was down there in February, I will probably be down there again this summer for work. I wish I would of had more time to come out to a Scion event. :\

How'd you not get a ticket with your V1? Was it hidden away?
