i am looking at getting an aftermarket headunit with a nav system, such as the DNX8120 from kenwood...

does any one know if there the proper adapter is made for any aftermarket head unit that allows us to still use the steering wheel controls? i found the adapters on crutchfield, but couldnt find any on there that were compatible with the car/headunit. does anyone have an aftermarket nav with this adapter installed?
