dont know if this goes here but when the roof is just open for venting, when i turn it creaks or the body is flexing and the roof wants to flex too i guess how can i stop this its annoying making turns with it open, when its closed its fine

Its not what I did. I simply lubricated the mechanism and the issue went away completely. There are a few fixes below:

You will need to lubricate it every now and then to keep creaks and rattles down.
