Default paint feels very weird on 06 TC

I wash my car at least once or twice a week with car wash soap. One day out of nowhere the paint on the car feels like sand paper. Some people tell me it's overspray, but I don't know where I could of got that. The car is still shiny, has gloss, but feels very ROUGH.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it please.

Thanx

Do you have sprinklers near the car? That happened to me the other day, sprinklers came on with a light breeze blowing, next day I had a rough car.

Clay ( FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND DO CAREFULLY), Wash, Dry, Use paint cleaner, buff off paint cleaner by hand, Use deatling spray, apply polish, buff off polish by hand, use deatailing spray, wax, buff off wax by hand after dry in the shade, use deatiling spray.

Long process but let me tell you, my hand slides off my hatch when I try to close it, it's that slick!

my 08 felt like that last month.......spent $40 for a claybar, and Meguires step 1,2,3 for fixing it .........

first I claybared it.......then I used the paint cleaner, which was probably no use since I calybarred......but will be used in the future through the year........then I used the polish.......then the wax........car is slippery smooth now.......

this is normal after winter.......the paint gets clogged in the pores just like skin does..........and it need lifted out claybar is awsome........wax only lasts through the winter if you do it a good two to three coats at summers end..........

once you start a body panel you MUST finsih it. If you clay ten drive for a week withno wax or finish you are wasting your time. JUSt take your time and do a section of your car at a time. When I was in a time cruch I did the front half one day and finshed the back half 2 days later. After a reqwash of course. Just remember once you start with the clay you must follow through!
