I have some cheap ___ speakers right now. 2 12" volfenhag or whatever they are and a 1000W Volfenhamburger amp. They are red and do match the paint somewhat though.. :lol:

I'm probably going to do the ever so popular pioneer dvh5000 with 7 inch widescreen in the front with a flip down monitor in the back in FEB. And as soon as my brother comes back from overseas (miltary) I'll be rocking 2 15" JL w6s with a 1200W AMP (forgot the brand). It's my bros old setup.

B- are you doing the install yourself if not are you using someone in town? I'd would love to learn of a good audio place for the xB...I want something stealthy...almost stock but, I never ever considered the Bazooka sub as something stealthy and I really want to keep the available room for stuff.

The system consists of (1) X5 Components set, (1) X6 Midwoofer, (4) DB38 8" Subwoofer, (2) VR302 75x2 Class A/B Amplifier, (1) VR600D 600x1 Class D Amplifier, (1) Eclipse AV3423 7" DVD Head Unit, (3) EigerVision EVP-121FH 12.1" Monitors (only 2 are in right now).

I figured it was Marko..I talk to him on a daily basis... It sounds pretty good for not having an EQ and it images well due to the kick panels with the X5 components. The bass is tight with some low extension but I guess you cant expect much from a enclosure that is only .83 cubic feet.

Its not 100% done, but it plays and im happy with the outcome so far. The car is far from complete though, I have a few things i need to take care of. Anyways, come down to a TSW meet and check it out, along with the other scions with systems.

Whats wrong with the volfenhags? My friend has them in his car and I like the sound of them thats why I got one. I think for the 50 bucks I spent on it I got a great deal. Maybe you just need a better amp. Cause even with a dope ___ sub it aint going to sound like it should with out a decent amp.

I have the 1000W amp for the volfenhag... Just not my style.. I'm waiting for my JLs

if you go jl dont setle for any thing less then a w7. I heard one 10" w7 and its bangin. make sure that you get a box specially made for it for its full potential. The only down side to getting one of those its runs like 300 for one 10". But thats all you are going to need in the box believe you me.

are u talking about that ho box that jl charges and arm and a leg for the w7? its nice and everything but u could design a better box to suit your tastes whether you like very punchy or more of a boomy type of sound. overall i wasnt very impressed when i heard the ho box. it also is very large which might be inconvenient. just my .02 cents

no I wasn't talking about that box. I just meant that you need to get it proffesionally built by someone that knows what to do.

i really like that one since its plain and simple yet badass
tomorrow i will get some pics of mine its not done but the
skeleton is all there so that will do for a moment for a
preview. there was a minor set back since a while back
he went to the chiropractor and they pulled a muscle in his
chest and hes now getting muscle spasms. so that slowed
him downi was wondering can he sue the chiroprotor for that??

:D Actually the garage sits on a lower foundation than the house, so the picture was actually taken from the entry way to the house.

hey w7 i more like 549 or so and yes they are bad but for the money one can do aot more and have nice sound too

The W6s were the dope sh*t couples years back. My bros had them for awhile. So.. yeah..They are free anyways so i doesn't matter. 8)

my ideal set up is infinity reference components in the front doors, infinity kappa 4 inches in the dash and rear, alpine head unit. diamond or nakamichi amplifier, and 2 12 inch eclipse subs. notice how i didnt put a screen in there because im not much of a screen in car kinda guy
