Enkei's ZR1 18x8 40mm offset $1200 from wheelsnext.com [tires are falkens]. Im glad it didnt damaged the rims cause that would really suck big time.

Im contemplating on selling my wheels cause its too harsh of a ride on DF's and it does lowers the mpg eventhough its lighter that the stock [its taller hence the gearing is off]. They're 2 mos old BTW

Damn what are the road cones made of where you live? I've never seen one actually break off parts, usually just leaves marks. Sorry man.

I really like your wheels though.

Call CAL TRANS and file a claim with them.

When i gotten flats from nails and potholes on thr road if u call the city where it happened they will tell u to fix it and senf them the bill and they will reimburse u for it.

thats what ive done and it worked for me.
That'll be expensive so they may give u the run aound but its worth a shot

Thanks

It'll do damage if you go 50+mph especially if you're low .

I doubt it,
It looks like some drivers dragged it past the construction zone [half mile], cause i saw some idiots tried to make an exit eventhough it sez "ramp close" then bailout when they saw a CHP cruiser on the side.

i did the same thing to a SEMA show car we built dirving to vegas. Hit a piece of retred. it ripped out the liner and cracked the bumper, but the piece didn't get ripped off. After the show, we fiberglassed the crack from the inside and vinyl wrapped the bumper to hold it together. No prob
