Anything over 250 is insane for spring installs... The TC's are easy.... takes me now around 2 hours, after about 5 or so installs... find someone up your way to help, or just offer cash for someone to do them... cheaper than any shop option...

Nick and I Just did my s2000's in around 3 hours and have never done them before... could have done them faster, but Nick was also working on his hatch.

Erik and some others up there could do them without blinking, easy work with the right tools.

I think you should find someone on here willing to take you up... I'm too far away for sure... and don't drink.... Where are all the experienced tC modders up there?

If you were in Portland, we could easily work something out.

I don't know if the tC s are as easy as the xBs were-but I did mine myself with the DIY instructions no problems. I got spring compressors from harbor freight tools (great stuff for the price if you are going to use them a few times) and just got down and dirty.

Check with some tuner shops up there (sorry don't know any specifically) and check on craigslist for someone selling stock TC springs because they might have done it themselves.

The tC's are a little harder than the xb's... just due to the back springs... they are a pain to line up and you have to remove the rear interior panels to get to them... just time consuming to get done right. The xB's I love.... the back are drop and replace, just like that... the rear of the tC is a pain... super tight bolts and tight spaces...

If you were down here in Portland, I would volunteer my garage, tools and help. Sounds like we need an install day....

^ There we go... Downhillspec is more than capable of setting you up... He's done a few for sure and knows the tC in and out.
