They should fit, although the will not fit as well as your OEM ones will. When I was looking at getting an '08 tC, the salesman said the only differences between the '07 and '08 was the stock sub, stock projectors, stock iPod connector and stock side curtain airbags; there are no major body differences. Those taillights are pretty nice for LED's, not like the cheap altezza's. I might have to look into them...

i just don't like the 08 stock taillights, they look like ricey altezzas, same with every other light on ebay except those. buy at $239 or risk buying it from ebay and dealing with a potential headache....stuck between a hard place and a rock.

LED is to broad.
you have to search for what you want.

that was the firs thing i did. unfortunately this guy is the only one.

i sent him a msg and he said it would not fit the 08...

 

Im sorry but those look nothing like the 6 serious tail lights.

 

i dont see why it wouldnt fit the 08's?
if you can fit OEM 05-07 tails on an 08 than why would u not be able to fit these?
im sure they fit and if they dont im sure you could make them fit.
the only thing that could possible be diff is the wiring, but that easily fixable.
the physical size of the tailight housing is the same for all years.

Prices are ridiculous but some claim they fit '08. Searched ebay for the part number they have listed and didn't come up with anything.

Just call your local dealer and ask them if there is any difference in size/wiring for the '07 to '08 tC taillights, then you will know for sure.
