Weapon-R received some 4-2-1 Headers in stock. We wanted to update our Dyno numbers. We were graced with the appearance of Brad AKA "Squirrel" Member of NCIS.
The vehicle is a 2006 Scion XA release series. The vehicle was brought to us with a Fujita F5 intake and a Weapon-R muffler installed. The XA Has about 5200 miles. Here is our results.

ok can i ask a question ?please do not take it the wrong way ..as you are allready showing me the dyno proof wich speaks for it's self but id like to know is why would it make more power when most of the inatkes i see are very much the same.as in size shape and form? The f5 looks just like a injen, and etc...i know the diff between a 4-2-1 header vs a 4-1 header but with a intake?is it the filter used diffrent than a k&n type?

 

isn't the weapon-R air filters foam also?

 

The Weapon-R is a foam filter. Foam is actually used on the Baja desert trucks, because of its great filtration. Also with our patented Secret Weapon dual pipe design the HP is higher than your standard short ram. Our short ram actually sits the filter behind the driver headlight. The F5 that was on the vehicle was sitting in the back next to the brake reservoir. Which might have been getting warmer air than our Secret Weapon intake. Cooler charge has more oxygen in the air which is best for great combustion.

 

how much did the fuel economy increase with the header?

What is better a 4-2-1 or a 4-1 header what are better gains for the xb motors? Because i have a 4-1 header with the AEM cold air intake. Would i gain more with a 4-2-1 header or the 4-1.

 

4-1 header is low end, 4-2-1 is high end gain..
like a SRI vs CAI..
