KBB suggested retail on my car is 13,320, thats with 37XXX miles, its a Toyota, plus, with gas prices on the rise, they can ask more for fuel efficient vehicles and get it most of the time.

 

you think thats crazy? there are people paying up to $7k for those old geo metros just because they get 50mpg

our caliber 2007 30xxx miles kbb'd *6000-13000 we owe way more

Mike: i had a geo and that thing had great gas mileage.

 

my first car was going to be a geo that my parents owned but i told them how in the hell am i going to be able to pick up chicks and score in this LOL so i passed it up

 

oh those geo's are just chick magnets. show up at the girls house with one and you see reverse polarity in action. lol

guy i used to work with bought one after his mom took her car back from him. girl he was dating at the time pretty much refused to go out in it.

Do you guys know how much my little eggplant Yarii is gonna be worth 5 years from now the way gas is going..........the best part is I get .40c per mile that I drive......so it pays for my gas to fillup each month and $230 of my car payment each month........I love my little 35mpg minimun eggplant......LOL..........

 

haha yea, seriously....i have been netting between 35 - 39mpg in my box.....happy i got the voltage stabalizer / grounding kit/ iridium plugs and intake......think im going to get a TB spacer next...then next oil change gonna use royal purple and a k&N oil filter...see if i can get 40+ out of it

 

Yeah if i keep my foot out of it I get 39-42mpg.........if I add some umf to the pedal like I have been.......31-34mpg..........but on 4 tanks now I am averaging 34.3 mpg and the car is high rated at 35mpg highway........and the last 2 weeks are nothign but stoplights and slow traffic.

i'm gettting somewhere around 20-25mpg's in my tC running 7psi

 

ugh...w/ the cost of premium right now too right? thats still pretty good for a turbo though...

 

on the subject of a geo (and i mean geo not the toyota corollas and paseos badged as geos)... i will quote one of my old co-workers

"i wouldn't have that thing parked in my a$$ if i had room for a bus"
