Default New gauge face help ASAP

Just put in the new gauge face i got from custom xb gauges and i nedd help.

I belive there is a link somewhere here to reset the neddles but i can not find it.

can someone please help me with it.

I have reasmbled as directed and none of the 3 needles are moving at all.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Did you unplug the unit to do the install? I'd start there, make sure it's connected completely.

take the needles off and try again. The needles have to be installed and lined up just as they were taken off. If they are not they will not move or stick.

That's odd. The needles aren't pushed down too far are they? not sure if that can even happen, but may be worth looking at. and is the face seated correctly? if it's not, maybe the needles are contacting it, keeping them from moving??? Good luck.

Well it occurred to me that I had a friend solder in new leds behind the clock. So I completely opened it up and the pin connector was par half out of the housing on the circuit board. Plugged it back in and there she was. All is now working correctly.

The lesson is don’t take anyone word that a job is done. I should have inspected the job. I this mishap could have been much much worse if the pin connector had touched the circuit board.
