Could a bad install have blown my strut. The spring is not seated correctly and there is oil dripping from the top of the boot. Any help is appreciated!

Yup, sounds like its blown. If there is leaking and you know the spring was not seated right, could be. Is it bouncing like crazy???

They were new in the box, but I had them in storage for 2 years so my warranty is gone. The car doesn't bounce at all. That's what amazed me when I saw it. They were just installed about a week ago.

they leak for awhile before they are completely bouncy. You should notice a difference though...

No these are the TRD struts.

Same boat as you, only I've been riding mine for 2 years now...my rear right is pretty much done

maybe the roads on the east coast are really that bad. i use to live in georgia when i was little soo i dont remeber to much. but i do remember alot of windey roads.

I don't know if i should say, they are attempting to find a replacement. But they are here in Philly.
