I'm updating an old post just to keep track of the ppl who showed interest.
I got my tC in early Feb and am loving it!

Busy with school but I still wanna organize a meet.

I know there a few guys in jones borough, west memphis, marion. thats all i can think of at the moment. Theres nto much from marion to gosnel I looked lol.

I went up to blythville (sp) I got some interesting looks thats for sure. I think there still talking about me and that was a week or two ago lol

oh and a few from ar post in the midsouth area. If your ever in memphis let us know casue were always looking for more owners.

There is a flint mica tc in my driveway here in north east arkansas.
ive been getting a lot of jealous looks from the beat up eclipse crowd in town.
and i saw a white tc with graphics going in to Jonesboro today :?: :shock:

Whats it gonna take to start an evolution club here in Arkansas?

I have little time with work and college but, that'd be a good thing to occupy my free time.

I am in Marion, right here by memphis. I helped to get Scion Evolution over here and it is great. It doesn't take much to get it started, but make sure you keep it fun. I went to school in Fayetteville for a semester but came back home. All my closest friends are still up there though. Also, check the new post I made please. Let me know what you think.

Hey guys, I'm currently awaiting the arrival of my BOP xB, should be in by the end of the month, latest. I work in Little Rock, and commute from Searcy (40 mi. North of LR). I think since they came out, I've seen maybe one xB on the road out here, so I'm about to double that number! Let me know if a club or meet gets started, and I'll be there!

I'm in LR. There have been a ton of posts from AR for people wanting to start something and nothing ever happens. LAME! I would like to start my own club for scions. Joining an existing club is cool, but I think it would be neat to have our own thing goin.

SE is a great club and they have tons of cool cars in the club, but being a married man with little income and low possiblities of truly fixing up my box the way I want, there is no point in me dropping $45 per year to be in a club. There is more to SE than that. We like to get together and have fun. I am married too and I also have a son. My 2 year old son comes to all of our events and loves to hang out with the other guys. My wife also goes to all of the shows. The discounted prices are passed on to you because SE does the group buy. You do not have to do the group buy. If you want to add a spoiler, you can ask around and generally get a better price on it than I could give you from my dealership. Erik bought a CF spoiler cheaper than I could have gotten the factory one for him. I took no offense to what you said :silly: and just wanted you to know that you might offend some people. In my opinion, SE is not for everyone and that is fine. I just want you to inderstand that there is more to it than you thought. If you want more details about it, let me know and I can be more specific about it with more examples of what you would gain. PM me or e-mail me if you have any other questions

yea i heard that to like a road rally or something from ft. smith to talequah i think but "we are supposed to drive the speed limit, but whoever gets there first gets a prize" yea right time to invest in a radar detector

Well, this is rumor but i've heard its an event at the track in Sallisaw. Supposedly Pauley knows the owner or somethin. A cruise around the track and some other events like a cruise into ft smith were rumored. ... who knows...

I am pretty sure if we wanted to start a club we could get J. Pauley to sponsor our entrance into car shows. Just an idea...

BSP tC in the Sherwood/NLR area... would be nice if there was a scion group to get with.. I had ran it past my salesman with North Point even came up with some logo's but he couldnt get enough peeps to get one sponsored.. oh well... would be nice.. we need one... :tap:

Ok Guys, Its me Adam From J. Pauley. WE couldn't get the Halit Track in oklahoma because of insurance purposes, but we are going to have the poker run.

I am a Houston, Texas transplant moving to Arkansas for a job on the 3rd of June.

I was surprised to see only one other RS1 in the state... well now I have doubled the total to 2. Like everyone else I am all about getting events together. Just let me know ahead of time, and I'll do my best to attend. I am in southern AR so it looks like I might be quite a drive away from some of you guys.

I am a scion vet... in mannor of speaking... I took delivery of one of the first RS1 5spd's in TX, last March... and since have put on 23K miles and lots of mods. Anyone has any questions let me know, I am sure I'll be asking you guys enough at some time or another.

On a side note, I really missed the attention I used to get in my box when it was new down in H-town. When I went up to El Dorado for a few interviews, got an encore... and damn I missed it!

Ill be looking forward to hearing from you guys! :pray:

Well the ball is moving too slow for me :yawn: out of Ft Smith I will be working with Landers out of Fayetteville to start a Sckotics chapter. I will be in touch with them and I will put something together for September this year.

TC dude, I was behind you awhile back in Harrison, had the black box. I think we were at Autozone at the same time. I was in a big hurry that day, sorry we didn't hook up.

Well Landers Scion in Fayetteville made me jump through several hoops in the past few weeks. I jump very well :clap: But not good enough :no:
I was told that Clay, the decision maker, had too much on his plate. and helping former customers out to start a club is not on his menu.
My 15 second conversation with Kim @ customer service Landers Scion was a very polite "Get lost"

I talked to the sales department a few times about that. Told them I bought two boxes from Landers and that I would of rather delt with them.
They all agree that there missing out. Guess the owner doesn't think so yet.

I've got my xB on order. Should be here by Nov 15th. Black Cherry, 5spd. I got to drive Rob's(Driver Lost) xB while he was in my Mustang. I liked it so I traded my 05 Mustang in on one.

Berryville is 30 miles west of Harrison.

About a 45 minute ride south of Branson MO. Everyone's heard of Branson :wink:
