Okay, here it goes... first megapixel digital camera (don't get too excited, it's just a point-and-shoot), then came the first photobucket account, and now the first photoshoot.

Before...


and now (keep in mind that this is a Spec)...

after repainting the (non-Spec) rims...


got the RS3 tails in...


debadged the tC emblem and painted the Scion emblems...


got the full TBL and short (Honda Fit) antenna on...


and finally (after two weekends of trial and error) got the Megan Racing coilovers dialed in just right...


There's more coming... (lip spoiler, maybe tint, MAYBE some 18's, but definitely retrofit some S2K projectors in the future)... the system's already done (mild and happy with it)... but otherwise, that's the progress so far...

pictures are fine. it shows what it has to show right? haha. I love the paint job on the rims! very unique. overall very clean! My type of tC.

lookin good b. find an open area or something for your next photoshoot so you can get some distance shoots and clear images.

Honestly, I can't take all the creative credit for the paint job on the rims... I seen another tC in the Flint Mica Cult that had the same treatment on his rims, but his were silver on black and I decided to take a chance to see if they would look just as good in gold on black.

The RS3 tails were something that I got lucky on... another ScionLifer posted them up in the classifieds and I knew that I haven't seen them on sale even once since I started pokin' around this forum, so I jumped on them right after work the same day.

I agree with those that love the stock rims, they look like a rim that TSW makes/made that I always wanted.

It's not all show, or all go, but it's my attempt at a clean lookin' ride.

i dont think ive seen a better painted pair of stockies..

 

very very nice paint job on the stock rims. I wish I had that kind of patience.
