I love the look of the RS1 lip, but so many people have it that it's getting kind of played out. Anyway, I thought that I would try something a little different with mine. The current paint that is on there is only for TEST purposes, I didn't want to spend a ton of money getting it painted and not like the way that it looked. Also, my lines were a little bit off, but when it is professionally painted, it will be lined up properly.

I will be using the stock lower grill, which will need to be modified a bit to get back in. I'm not sure if I want the bottom of the lip to be gloss black or flat black. Opinions? Thanks for your help everyone!

Thanks Kona! I just ordered some chrome turn signal bulbs so I can get rid of that nasty orange. The headlights will be complete once they go in.

 

I was going to buy the CF lip and paint it like that, but I know that I would end up breaking it. I've got to save up for the paint, paying for classes this semester cleaned me out. I would never drive around town with the current paint on there, that was just to see what it would look like. I hate it when people put unpainted body kits on their cars and leave it that way for months.....rice.....

 

spray painting is just that bad as puting it on the car unpainted.

i understand that you was just checking if it would look good..well.. to be honest its really hard to tell because all i see is just the lines of the spray paint..

but i think it would look good.. just take it to a shop and have it painted..

and im not big fan of the eyelids.. especially of that two color eyelids..

wow.. that eyelid just gave me an idea... does anyone ever tried fading overlay on the headlights?

So I have been so excited the past couple of months saving up to get the RS1 lip kit and do a White/Black 2 tone lip on my superwhite...then this...blow right to *****.

But hey great minds think alike, great job!

 

I wish you would have done it before me so I could have seen what it looked like! I searched and couldn't find anything like it...and I don't have photoshop....
I just got back from the body shop and they quoted me $360 to paint the front and rear lip. It's gonna take me a little bit to save up
