After almost a month of waiting, I got my Magnetic Gray xD today! It's a manual and also has the bumper protector.

congrats on the new xD... I was thinking about get the bumper protection. How far does it cover up the bumper?

Thank you!! It covers up most of the entire bumper. I'll take a pic of it tomorrow when it's light out and post to my pics.

The material of the protector is real thin. On the magnetic gray bumper, you can barely tell it's there... except for the word scion. On my fiance's vibe, the bumper protector is raised with circles on it.. like what you might see on a garage floor.

Either way, I think it's worth it.. especially if you're going to use your hatch area frequently.

:D I love it! The magentic gray pics online do not do it justice. And, the color seems to change depending on the lighting. Even some of the pics I took, the car looks pretty light gray, then in dimmer light, it's darker.

I guess all paints probably are like that . :)

I'm still grinning ear to ear after putting on the first 63 miles today. It even rained after I got the car.. oh well! I was having fun driving it!

I ordered the cabin air filter and rear sway bar from TRD sparks. Thanks to this group, I learned the xD's do not have the cabin filter installed. I taught the sales guy something today. I tried to talk him into giving me one, but they didn't even have any in stock. :blah:
