So yesterday morning some kids vandalized my car. They destroyed every body panel on the car. They carved all over the car with a knife, kicked in all kinds of panels, kicked in the grille and broke the windshield wiper off the back. They also slashed all 4 of my Nitto neogen tires. What are the odds that they will total the car? I hope they total it nobody is going to want to buy a car with that much body work...

 

damn that blows... yah if every panel is hosed then I'd say there's a good chance of total loss...

time to hide in the bushes w/shotty...

I'll have to wait until I get home to post pics. I am waiting to hear back from the body shop today. Stupid kids, they didn't even take anything...

 

If you find them make sure to beat them and their parents. Especially the parents for failing to teach their children right and wrong and the respect of other people and their property.

 

They hit my car and one other car. Apparently from what the police officer said, they did enough damage for it to be considered a felony. I really hope they catch these punks.

yeah, you know you failed at being a good parent when your kid does this. having no respect for someone esles car, that they obviously put time and money into to make it look good. little punks.

Update: The car wasn't totaled, the body shop said $4500 worth of damage which seems very low considering they have to paint the entire car, replace the door, pull a bunch of dents, and replace 4 18" nitto tires. This sucks, does anyone want to buy an Xa with fresh paint and new tires?

 

They're probably just giving you 1/4 value of your tires...

Most insurance companies don't really give you money for aftermarket crap on your car...

Yeah! Don't lose hope just yet. If you need EVERY panal painted you might as well go custom. Shave the rear wiper hole, maybe get some carbon fiber too.

If insurance pays for it, like they said you might not be too bad off. Hopefully your insurance wont go up though. I saw One with the wiper blade shaved, looks better, but I like having one. If you can get custom paint, someone would definitely buy it, just don't tell them what happened to it and make sure its a color most people would want, don't get all ___ and make it bright pink or orange like the ghetto cars. I had a friend that had an Acura and someone jumped on his hood and destroyed it, he came out on top, got a carbon fiber hood with money left over from his insurance. Parents these days don't do anything about their kids, society is getting pretty bad, like that whole cheerleader gang up thing that was on t.v.
